Hire of Caravan 153 at Butlins Minehead
Payment
A £75 deposit is required upon booking plus £100 refundable deposit. Provided no damage or breakages this will be returned after our cleaners have confirmed all is in order.
This £100 if paid by seperate cheque will be returned to you.
The full Ballance will be due 8 weeks prior to let.
Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to Hire, Full payment pluss £100 will be required upon booking.
Cheques should be made payable to Maurice Hillier.
Cancellations
If more than 8 weeks full refund less £10 will be made.
If Between 8 weeks & 28 days, full refund Less £75
Less than 28 days, the £100 refundable deposit only will be refunded.
Arrival & Departure Times
The Caravan will be available from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Key collection and directions will be suplied with booking confirmation letter.
The Caravan must be vacated at 10:00 on the day of departure.
Entertainment Passes, these will be issued on arrival at the gate.
Services & Bedding
Gas & Electricity are included in the hire.
There sould be Cutlery, Crockery & Glassware for 8, please inform us if this in not the case.
The Caravan has 2 Double and 4 Single Quilts plus pillows. You will have to supply your own Quilt Covers, Sheets and pillow cases as well as Tea, Hand & Bath Towels.
Restrictions
No Smoking is allowed inside the caravan. If you are a Smoker do not leave smoking residure outside of the caravan. Any cleaning required outside of the caravan on completion of the stay. The cost will be deducted from the £100 refundable deposit.
No Pets are allowed in the caravan at any time.
Only the persons named on the booking form can occupy the caravan.
No same sex Groups.
We cannot accept Liability for personal Injury or loss or Damage of your personal belongings. You should cover this will personal insurance cover.
